Rent the apartment for a minimum of 3 nights. If you stay longer than 2 weeks the price will be reduced according to the length of your stay. 

At the end of your stay the apartment will be cleaned. This will cost an additional € 40,–.

Means of payment: Normally prepayment via a bank transfer. Long term stay bank transfer by the first of each month. Traveller cheques are not accepted.

• Start your inquiry for a date and duration of your stay.
• You will receive either a confirmation or negative reply.
• Having received a confirmation you will be required to make a downpayment of 30% of the price within a certain time (if you are planning to stay over a long period of time).
• You must pay the remaining sum one week before coming or you can pay in cash when you receive the key. If you are renting longer than one month you must pay 30% of the first month only within a certain time and the remaining 70% when you receive the key. After that payment is due monthly on the first of each month.

Normally check-in is possible from 3pm onwards, check-out until 11am.
