From your apartment you can quickly reach the University Science Institutes, the clinics, Max Planck Institut, as well as the “Technologiepark” where you can find Curevac, Cegat and other companies.

Your apartment is located directly in the neighbourhood of a shopping center where you can find many things for your every day needs. There is also a bank with an ATM, a good bakery, a pharmacy as well as a post office. The Kunsthalle Tübingen, where there are very nice art exhibitions, is situated directly across the street. The nearest bus stop is only a few meters from the house. The Botanical Garden is a 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The small farming village of Waldhausen is also very close. Here you can buy fresh milk and other products from the farmer´s shops. Hofladen Wizemann and Bauer Bechtle. If you like to jog in the woods in order to relax you can reach the forest within 5 minutes.
