The apartment has been completely renovated and superiorly equipped. The lodging is quiet and has good transportation connections to both the clinics and the old town. You can reach MPI and the Cyber Valley within a few minutes on foot.

23m², careful furnishing and comfortabe equipment, fully installed kitchenette. The bed width is 1,60 m. Bedlinen and towels are provided. You have a TV and WLAN. Washing machine and dryer are common. The house has an elevator. The roof terrace is in common use; you have a lovely 360 degree view towards Tübingen, the Schwäbische Alb, to the science institutes of the university and the clinics and the woods in the surroundings.

This is Apartment 2 which has been recently renovated. It is furnished with modern designed furniture. As well as the apartment 1 it has a fully installed kitchenette and the same size of 23 m². The bed width is 1,60 m. Bedlinen and towels are provided. You have a TV and WLAN. Washing machine and dryer are common. The house has an elevator. During your stay you will have a private parking spot for your car.
The shopping center is very close (bakery, super market, hair dresser, bank, pharmacy, docter´s offices etc.), see “surroundings”.
Bus No. 5,13,17 nearby ca. every 10 minutes going to the old town, the university and to the clinics (3 stops). Center of Tübingen (2,8 km), university (2,3 km) and clin-ics(1,8 km) you can reach also walking on nice foot paths. The walking distance to MPI and Cyber Valley is about 10 minutes. To the wood Schönbuch with large walking paths and hiking trails you need only 5 minutes.
Ideal for 1-2 adults (pair), for example clinic staff or –visitors, members or guests of the university, researchers, new citizens, parents of students, tourists. No pets. No smokers apartment.
You will be received personally.
Passing a longer stay in the apartment you can register yourself in Bürgeramt. There-fore you need a “Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung” which you can receive from me.
